Professor A.K. (Tony) Brown

Tony Brown holds the Chair of Communication Engineering at the University of Manchester , a post he has held since May 2003. Prior to joining the university he was Chairman of Easat Antennas Ltd (a post he still retains on a part time basis). Tony ha
r 30 years experience of antennas and propagation, both in communications and radar. He has been involved with UWB for much of that time , initially in radar and EW applications, becoming interested in commercial UWB communications on joining the Uni
ty of Manchester. In that context Tony has been asked to join the FCC's Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) and was joint organiser of the successful IEE UWB communications event in 2004. Tony is also involved in research in systems co-existence issues, o
ra wide band phased arrays and on various radar related topics. Tony Brown has a strong background in computational electromagnetics , is a past Vice Chairman of ICAP, and has served on a number of international committees including ARINC and EUROCAE

下载得到两个压缩文件，首先都存在同一个目录下，然后分别解压获得新的2个压缩文件，
然后再解压，就行了。
