Job Profile and Accountability
? To provide day-to-day helpdesk support and consultant service to end users particularly those of senior management (including communication to end users, problem escalation)
? Cascade any critical messages from GITI to relevant parties or end users.
? Coordinate with relevant GITI’ teams (CTS, IMG, STO, AH etc.) in supporting various GI and network services
? Handle IT service requests from end users, including VIP customers in OP & EP.
? Assist ITISOPN/1 to supervise EP contract staffs
? Analyze and assist in supporting the JVs, EP & OP remote offices, some traveling requires.
? Work closely with Global IT infrastructure team and local 3rd parties to deliver standard IT infrastructure operational services and coordinate server/network maintenance activities.
? Take ownership of the implementation of any infrastructure projects as agreed with the Business in China or in a regional basis
? Help ensure that relevant Shell/GITI standards (e.g. TD, Sox & ISIP) and procedures are followed
? Support in house application development team in facilitating application installation, upgrading and testing
? IT 3rd party contract management
? Create IT service report
? Perform various GI focal points roles assigned
? Assist OPSS leads in China and NEAC in reviewing IT infrastructure delivery services in China, both OP and EP, and to make recommendations on how they can be improved
Requirements
? General PC hardware/software troubleshooting experience
? Familiar with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), skill in system administration (Win 2K)
? Basic knowledge in telecommunications and networking technologies
? Drive, enthusiasm, flexibility, commitment and resilience to deliver IT service
? Self-motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
? Flexible work attitude, self managing & prioritizing while working in concurrent tasks as work pressures can be highly variable.
? Must be a good team player
? Embraces change
? Customer focus knowledge
? Fluency in English language, both oral and written
? Prior experience of working in multinational company is desirable
