GE Internship Opportunity

-Assignment Title: AM Assistant
-DEGREE REQUIRED: Master or Bachelor
-Major: engineering, prefer in mechanical.                                
-No. of Openings:1
-Location: Shenzhen
-Working Frequency: 2~ 3 days/week

Responsibility:
Assist Project Manager to:
•    Provide administrative and personal support to ES Account Manager
•    Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings
•    Consolidate and format correspondence and presentations for ES Sale
s
•    Coordinate and make travel arrangements for GE employees & visitors

•    Process T&L expenses and eCB payment
•    Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager and team members


Requirements:
•    Scholarship awarded                                                
 
•    Relevant intern experience expected 
•    Good command of MS office tools
•    Fluent written and spoken English
•    Diligent and detail-oriented
