微软亚洲研究院互联网搜索与数据挖掘组近期招聘全职实习生1名
实习时间：6个月以上，需要得到学校导师的同意函
职位描述详情如下：
Position：Intern (long term is preferred)
Group：Web Search & Data Mining Group, Microsoft Research Asia

Work Location：Beijing, China
Group Overview：The goal of the Web Search & Data Mining Group of MSR Asia is to drive the next generation of Web search by leveraging data mining, machine learning, and knowledge discovery techniques for information analysis, organization, retrieval, and visualization. In addition, in contrast with current Web search methods, which essentially do document-level ranking and retrieval, the Web Search & Data Mining Group has created search at the object level to bring increased knowledge and intelligence to users.

Roles & Responsibilities：We are recruiting interns to build a smart mobile search system inside MSRA.
Required Qualifications：We are looking for
1.      1+ year experience in ASP.NET development
2.      1+ year experience in website architecture design
3.      1+ year experience in C++/C#
4.      1+ year experience in SQL Server Database design & development
5.      Long-term & full-time is preferred (Need your supervisor's approval)
6.      Solid coding & programming skill and experience
7.      Strong team spirit and passion on coding
8.      Strong responsibility, perseverance and courage to face challenge
9.      Research background in search engine or data mining is plus

哈尔滨工业大学微软技术俱乐部成立于2001年6月，在学校和微软中国研究院的大力
支持下，由校团委牵头，在计算机学院的配合下创建而起，指导教师为李建中、韩
吉庆和王宏志。俱乐部是一个以学习微软技术，宣传微软文化为主的结合技术，管
理和文化学习与研究的综合型俱乐部。到目前为止，已建立了整套的规章制度，与
