Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Conduct Due Diligence check on dealer companies  

·         Follow GE dealer policy to complete dealer authorization process

·         Analyze dealer channel trends and identify potential risk area

·         Assist functions to evaluate dealer performance 

·        Conduct policy training to dealers and sales staff

 

Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor degree or above in law 

·         More than 2 years working experience

2. Position Title: Black Belt—Cash (383624)                                  
                       

    Function:        Six Sigma                                          

    Location:        Beijing

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Lead and leverage all the Six Sigma efforts on Cash big Y initiative across Ch
ina

l        Work closely with business functions to identify major business proce
ss issues, work out project funnels, and execute through projects to make sust
ainable business impact

l        Change Leader: Be able to drive change and implement changes into bus
iness

l        Help drive Cash performance to reach target

l        Set up Operation and Communication Mechanism with Finance and functio
n team to ensure the cross function team work 

l        BB certification requirement

l        Mentor Related GB Project

Job Requirements: 
     

Master degree or above with Finance related 
Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills 
Ability to influence and gain commitment 
Project management skills, process oriented 
Experience with planning and executing changes 
High energy, team worker, is a self starter 
Good quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency 
Good verbal, written English and Chinese 
Finance knowledge is preferred
