招聘信息：
1.    CAE系统工程师 （1人）
要    求：
    博士学历，计算力学、橡胶轮胎、机械工程相关专业毕业；
    有产品设计CAE和有限元系统开发研究经验；
    熟悉CAD/CAE、ABAQUS软件；
    熟悉橡胶力学、失效分析、轮胎结构、非线性连续介质力学和橡胶本构关系
的相关知识；
    有较强的科研项目组织和协调能力；

2.    分析工程师 （1人）
要    求：
    硕士学历，计算力学、结构力学、机械工程相关专业毕业，有FEA开发研究的
背景；
    精通CAD/CAE、ABAQUS、Marc、ANSYS等有限元分析与建模软件；
    具备用上述软件进行复杂结构的建模及分析能力；

3.    材料工程师 （1人）
要    求：
    硕士学历，高分子工程、轮胎橡胶工程相关专业毕业，有FEA应用方面的背景
；
    熟悉材料失效分析及材料本构关系的相关知识；
    具备高分子、橡胶和钢丝材料本构建模和试验相关知识；

4.    工艺工程师（3人）
要    求：
    硕士学历，金属材料、热处理、冶金、机械相关专业；
    良好的团队合作精神及沟通、协调能力；
    具有相关工艺工作经验者尤佳
以上岗位均要求具备熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练的计算机应用操作能力。

1.     CAE and FEA system engineer （1 needed）
Requirements: 
    PhD, major in Mechanics、Rubber Tire、or Mechanical Engineering;
    Having the R&D experience on CAE and Finite Element Simulation sys
tem;
    Familiar with CAD/CAE, and ABAQUS;
    With knowledge on Rubber Mechanics、Failure analysis、nonlinear co
ntinuum mechanics and constitutive relationship of rubber;
    With capabilities of organizing and coordinating a R&D project

2.     Simulation engineer （1 needed）
Requirements: 
    Master, major in Computational Mechanics or Structural Mechanics，
with the background of  R&D of Finite Element Method;
    Familiar with CAD/CAE, ABAQUS/Marc/ANSYS;
    Professional on modelling and analyzing using the software mention
ed above

3.    Material engineer（1 needed）
Requirements: 
    Master, major in Macromolecule Engineering or Rubber Engineering, 
with the background of application of Finite Element and Mechanics;
    Familiar with failure analysis and constitutive relationship of ma
terials;
    With capabilities to design and perform materials’ experiments to
 obtain constitutive laws and materials data for FEA analysis.

4.    Process engineer（3 needed）
Requirements: 
    Master, major in Metal material or Mechanical 
    Good teamwork, and with good communication skills; 
    With capabilities to design and perform materials’ experiments to
 obtain constitutive laws and materials data for FEA analysis.
Frequent in spoken& written English and computer skill is the must for the abo
ve positions.
