文 摘 围绕微细电火花加工的实现,对微细电火花加工的关键技术进行了研究。开发出由
蠕动式微进给机构、微小能量放电电源、微小电极线放电磨削机构、精密旋转主轴头、加工状态
检测与控制系统等构成的微细电火花加工装置。探讨了微细电火花加工微小轴、高深宽比微小
孔、非圆截面形状和三维结构成型、以及半导体硅材料等的工艺方法。实验加工出的微小轴和孔
的最小直径分别小于25μm和50μm,最大深宽比分别超过20和10。

Abstract The research on the key technologies of micro electro discharge
machining (micro EDM) was presented. A micro EDM equipment characterized with an
inchworm type of micro feed mechanism was developed,in which a wire electro
discharge grinding unit,a rotating unit of electrode,RC circuitry for micro
electro discharge generation,and the system detecting and controlling the machining
process were also included. Then,the experimental research on micro EDM techniques
were carried out. The techniques to machine micro elctrode,micro holes with high
aspect ratio,micro structures with 3 dimensions on stainless steel and silicon
materials were discussed. Micro electrode diameter as small as 25μm and micro holes
with minimum size of less than 50μm were obtained. And the maximum aspect ratios of
micro electrodes and micro holes exceed 20 and 10 respectively.
