软件需求:
"   Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). (在安装Microsoft . NET 
Framework 之前必须安装)
"   Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later
"   Microsoft Visual Studio .NET Trial Edition. 
"   Microsoft .NET Framework Service Pack 2. (安装IIS过后必须安装)

Microsoft .NET Speech SDK Beta 2安装步骤:
￠  确信Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)已被安装并且正常运行.
￠  安装Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 2:
1.  插入Microsoft .NET Speech SDK Beta 2 的安装盘, 双击1033dotnetredist.exe 文
件
2.  过后1033dotnetredist.exe 的安装, 双击NDP10_SP_Q321884_En.exe 文件安装Servic
e Pack 2
3.  当Service Pack 2安装过后, 有可能需要重新启动电脑.
￠  从Microsoft .NET Speech SDK Beta 2 安装光盘中选择Setup.exe开始安装.
安装注意事项:
    问题: 当安装Microsoft .NET Speech SDK Beta 2时,有可能会出现以下错误: 
"Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this 
directory: <Directory Name>. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an 
administrator or contact your system administrator."
解决方案: 
1)  从开始菜单中,选择Run…
2)  输入iisreset 
3)  再次安装Microsoft .NET Speech SDK Beta 2.

    问题: 已经安装了Microsoft .NET Framework 和Visual Studio .NET, 但是忘了安装
Internet Information Server (IIS)或是在安装了Microsoft .NET Framework 和Visual 
Studio .NET后,卸载后又安装Internet Information Server (IIS), 当在Microsoft 
Visual Studio .NET IDE调试ASP.NET 应用程序,会出现以下的错误: 
"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the Web 
server. The server does not support debugging of ASP.NET or ATL Server 
applications. Run setup to install the Visual Studio .NET server components. 
If setup has been run, verify that a valid URL has been specified. 
You may also want to refer to the ASP.NET and ATL Server debugging topic in 
the online documentation. Would you like to disable future attempts to debug 
ASP.NET pages for this project?"
解决方案: 有两种方法修复IIS:
方法一:
1)  单击 Start, 选择 Run… 
2)  输入cmd 过后点击OK. 
3)  在command prompt模式下输入:
"\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\aspnet_regiis.exe" -i
方法二: 
1)  单击 Start, 选择Run… 
2)  输入
regsvr32 <Windows folder>\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\aspnet_isapi.dll .
    问题: 当正常的安装过后, 在调试speech 程序时,总会出现关于语言引擎的错误信息.

解决方案: 
1)  单击 Start, 选择Control Panel 
2)  在弹出的对话框中,找到Speech并双击Speech.
3)  在Speech属性对话框中,选中Language下拉菜单,选择Microsoft English ASR 
Version 5 Engine
4)  单击OK, 重新启动电脑.
