The World Finals programming language tools include Java, C++, C, and Pascal
. IBM will provide development software for Java to Finalists with sufficien
t time to prepare for the World Finals. Borland's Kylix will be used for C++
, C, and Pascal.  Prior to the World Finals, the judges will have solved all
 problems in Java and C++.
