国外的行吗？www.windows95.com里面很多这样的shareware的地方。
国内的，就是到ftp.sepc.ac.cn下看看哪个graphics animation gif

在华南理工的微软download节点有gifanimator这个软件IP地址是ftp://www1.scut.edu.cn
