DSP Blockset
===========
The DSP Blockset is a collection of Simulink blocks for the rapid design, graphical simulation,
and prototyping of DSP systems. Attend a webinar on May 28th or 29th to see this tool in action.

JAva MAtrix Tools package (JAMATO)
============================
Jamato is a Java package designed to allow basic matrix manipulation and visualization in
MATLAB-like programming. Jamato is mainly a copy of the JAMA package (by the NIST and MathWorks
Inc.). Many features have been added in the original matrix class of JAMA to provide
manipulation, visualization and statistic tools in addition to JAMA numeric algorithms.

Auditory Toolbox for MATLAB
======================
This toolbox contains a collection of tools that implement popular auditory models for MATLAB.
This toolbox will be useful to researchers interested in how auditory periphery works as well as
speech and auditory engineers who want to see how the human auditory system represents sounds.

SWIG: Simplified Wrapper and Interface Generator
=====================================
SWIG is an interface compiler that connects programs written in C, C++, and Objective-C with a
variety of scripting languages including Perl, Python, and Tcl/Tk.

MATLAB Programming Contest
=======================
The next MATLAB Online Programming Contest will begin at 9:00 AM EDT, Thursday, May 16th and run
until 5:00 PM EDT, Thursday, May 23rd. Get ready to join in or just watch the fun. Details about
the challenge will appear when the contest begins. In the meantime, you can read about previous
contests at:
