我在NT下跑WinRoute,性能还不错，但问题也是一大堆，真心希望WinRoute的Expert给予
帮助:
1.WinRoute 机有时会和外界断掉，表现为ping不通，当然Browser也连不出去，但此时
WinRoute的Client机却不受影响;
2.在WinRoute机上开了HTTP及FTP服务，用mapped ports映射后，从其他外部机浏览时，
速度其慢;(不知道和Wingate比起来怎样)?
3.在Client机上从校园网上下载大软件时，速度可达350~400k(this may be better than
WinGate)
4.只用NT，能完成IP-Masq的功能吗?

你是说WinRoute机本身没有作为Client( 就是把gateway指向本机 ？）看WinRoute的配置
例子，应该如此，而且还要把对外网卡从NT binding中释放掉。

怕是我没说清楚，我的实际情况是第二个例子，即LAN<->LAN;我是完全按照例子配置的(他
们主页上的例子);WinRoute机本身当然也是Client,走External NIC出去，我倒是想把它配
成直接对外的机子(即用本网段的其他IP代替1.2.3.4,但这样岂不等于又占了一个IP，而我
只有一个合法IP)，但是没试过。

这就比较奇怪了。我这里没事的。但偶是用RAS的;-) 拿NetXRay或者NetMon听听看.

那你一起WinRoute岂不是又要出事？WinRoute好象是必需要控制External NIC的。而且
连IP forwarding都要关，完全踢开NT的路由机制。

哦，是很奇怪，因为WinRoute的机制本身就是port mapping, 应该不慢才是，
否则就没有你所说的3~400k的传输率了。

大概是对Dial-up比较合适吧，但是它的概念是通用的。

我以前的配置是这样的：
TCP/IP Settings
IP Add Mask Gate DNS
Adp1 1.2.3.4 255.255.255.0 90.0.0.1 202.112.10.36
Adp2 90.0.0.2 255.255.255.0 90.0.0.1 202.112.10.36
WinRoute Settings
Interface IP Add Mask NAT
Adp1 eth0 202.112.105.88 255.255.255.0 no
Adp2 eth1 90.0.0.1 255.255.255.0 yes
and it works

我建议你还是把它去掉为好，如果你打算长期用winroute.

把Binding去掉了，于是再也不断了!

Well,I need tell u sth. more:
Before WinRoute installed,
ping 202.112.105.65(our Gateway)
the response time<10ms,
After WinRoute installed,
ping 90.0.0.1(the new gateway)
the response time=40ms
again to the original gateway
ping 202.112.105.65
the response time=40ms
it's very clear now,the "new" gateway(90.0.0.1) eat up a lot of time!
And i think that's the very reason makes the whole performance slow down!
Do u know the reason,and give me a hand?
