老婆餅 ( Wife Cake ) —— since 1950
傳說有一對恩愛夫妻, 媳婦甘願賣身為家翁治病, 失去妻子的丈夫並沒有氣餒,
努力研製出一款味道奇佳的餅, 最終以賣餅賺錢把老婆贖回, 重過幸福新生活。
這款美食製法流傳至今, 被稱為「老婆餅」了。
Legend ahs it that abck it feudal china, a daughter- in- law offered herself
 for sale in return for money to cure her ill-health father - in - law. In a
 desperate attempt to redeem his spouse, the husband created a gourmet cake 
for sale in the bazaar. His product did pay off with the proceeds saved. The
 couple was able to get together again and lived happily ever after. His rec
ipe then spread place, wining the name " Wife Cake " .

老公餅 (Husband Cake)
相傳一對指腹為婚的年輕男女，自幼青梅竹馬，無奈女方家長嫌棄男家清貧，打算將女
兒另配他人。而男方雖窮，但飽讀詩書，女方為愛郎籌盤川上京赴考，暗自製餅寄賣於
市集餅店，後男方高中，衣錦還鄉迎娶淑女，而此餅的製法亦流傳到今，現廣稱為「老
公餅」。
