         香椿拌豆腐

        *************************************************************
         材料:1.嫩豆腐一盒皮蛋二个香椿少许
               2.调味料酱油膏三大匙麻油一大匙糖半茶匙
         ------------------------------------------------------------
         作法:1.香椿取嫩叶,洗净後切碎
               2.嫩豆腐用冷开水冲洗後沥乾水分,切厚片置盘中
               3.皮蛋剥壳,用绵线划成小瓣,放於豆腐上
               4.撒上香椿碎屑,淋上调味料拌匀
        -------------------------------------------------------------
         重点:1.豆腐易出水,请尽量沥乾,调味用酱油膏代替酱油,效果较好
               2.皮蛋用刀切容易黏糊,用绵线则切口整洁清爽
               3.香椿味道重,可用香菜代替

  其实,香椿炒鸡蛋也很好吃,以前在家时,
哪年春天不能吃上几次呀,自从上了工大....//sigh
