常饮果蔬汁健身增活力                                                            
  果蔬汁营养丰富,经常饮用,不仅可以向人体提供各种必需的营养物质,还可以全面改  
善人体健康状况,起到健身、减肥及养颜的作用。                                    
清晨、两餐之间或睡前半小进是饮用果蔬汁的较佳时机,可以减低饥饿感,促进肠胃蠕动  
,预防肥胖。另外,若在饮用前先将其冷冻或加入一些冰块,喝起来口感会更佳。下面为  
您介绍几种果蔬汁的制作方法:                                                    
蜂蜜牛奶果汁                                                                    
原料:蜂蜜1匙,牛奶100克,香蕉1个,苹果半个。                                   
制作:香蕉、苹果去皮、去核,切成小块,与牛奶、蜂蜜一起放入榨汁机中榨汁即成。    
功效:开胃利肠,经常性食欲不振、大便干燥者最好持续饮用。                        
生菜梨汁                                                                        
原料:生菜球半个,梨1个,柠檬汁1匙,蜂蜜少许。                                  
作用:将生菜球洗净后切成小块;梨去皮、核,切成小块。然后将生菜、梨一起放入榨汁  
机中榨汁,加入蜂蜜、柠檬汁即可饮用。                                            
凤梨油菜汁                                                                      
原料:油菜50克,凤梨半个,柠檬汁1匙。                                           
制作:凤梨去皮、切成小块,油菜洗净、切开,将凤梨、油菜一起放入榨汁机中榨汁然后  
加入柠檬汁搅匀即可饮用。                                                        
功效:可补充维生素B、维生素C、叶红素和钙质。长期饮用对便秘、黑斑、雀斑有一不定  
期的疗效,特别适合易患湿疹的儿童饮用。                                          
香蕉牛奶汁                                                                      
原料:香蕉半个,牛奶150克,蜂蜜1匙,生鸡蛋黄1个。                               
制作:将蕉去皮,然后同牛奶、蜂蜜、蛋黄一起入榨汁机中榨汁即成。                  
功效:含丰富的维生素、蛋白质和钙,或补充营养,促进食欲。                        
蔬菜苹果汁                                                                      
原料:卷心菜200克,苹果2个,芹菜1棵。                                           
制作:将卷心菜、芹菜梗洗净、切碎,苹果切块,然后一起放入榨汁机中榨汁即成。      
功效:减肥、利胆、提神、养颜。                                                  
莲藕蔬果汁                                                                      
原料:莲藕150克,苹果1个,柠檬汁2匙。                                           
制作:将莲藕洗净、去皮,切成小块;苹果去皮、核,切块。然后将其一起放入榨汁机中  
干、舌燥、咽喉痛有一定疗效。                                                    
芒果椰子汁                                                                      
原料:苹果1个,椰子半个,香蕉1个,蜂蜜半匙,可可仁1匙,牛奶150克。              
制作:将芒果、椰子、香蕉、可可仁同入榨汁机中榨汁,然后调入蜂蜜、牛奶即可饮用。  
功效:清凉爽口、防暑除烦,对夏日不思饮食、心烦难眠者尤为适宜。                  
鲜姜橘子汁                                                                      
原料:橘子2个,鲜姜1小块,苹果2个。                                             
制作:将鲜姜橘子去皮,苹果切成小块,然后一起放入榨汁机中榨汁即成。              
功效:升发健脾、开胃除湿,对感冒初愈者恢复欲有所助益。                          
苹果萝卜                                                                        
原料:苹果1个,胡萝卜半个,牛奶150克,蜂蜜少许。                                
制作:将胡萝卜、苹果洗净,苹果去皮、核,然后切成小块入榨汁机中榨汁,再加入牛奶  
、蜂蜜拌匀即成。                                                                
功效:富含维生素A、维生素C及果胶,是老少皆宜的夏日饮品。                        
西瓜桃子汁                                                                      
原料:西瓜、香瓜、鲜桃、蜂蜜、柠檬汁各适量。                                    
制作:将西瓜、香瓜、鲜桃、 去皮、核,果肉切块,加入蜂蜜和凉开水混合,共入榨汁机 
中搅碎,过滤后加柠檬及冰块即可饮用。                                            
功效:清热消暑、解渴生津。
