YTM will watch as the "last containers" are transferred into the "back of a va
n". The surprise is that the "skin" (fake paint job) is pulled off the side of
 the van to "reveal the lettering SWAT". The terrorists will also switch into 
their "fake SWAT gear", and drive away to the "Port of Long Beach". Meanwhile,
 a CTU agent named "Mara Tyler" is transporting Jack to CTU inside of a "CTU S
UV", upon President Logan’s orders. Mara tells Jack that she is "sorry we hav
e to bring you in like this, Jack". Jack will reply, "Apparently I wasn't as i
nvisible as I thought". Curtis will then call Mara. Curtis & "CTU Agent Smith"
 and 4 other CTU agents enter the hanger I spoke of before. What they will see
 is the "jack hammer and hole" in the cement wall from before. A "LADDER" lead
s them down to an "open container". The 2 of them have no idea what they are s
eeing. As Curtis looks around he'll see a dead rat. Agent Smith will see the i
nfamous "3 dead rats". A bit of "pinkish foam" around one the rat’s mouths ap
pears to be what really concerns the 2 of them. The SWAT van that YTM is in will pull o
ver and transfer the "canisters from the SWAT van to a canister truck". The ne
w drivers name is "Schaeffer". Schaeffer, played by Timothy V. Murphy, will pl
ay a very surprising role in due time. The YTM and him will discuss "custom do
cuments" and how YTM's desire that "The Russians will finally understand the c
onsequences of occupying our homeland when we make Moscow a graveyard". That's
 right, the Chechens are up to no good here. Inside of "Logans retreat-Marthas
 room", the President will enter and see "Dr. Hill" attending to his wife, Mar
tha. Logan will ask "Evelyn" "when did this happen?" Evelyn was not supposed t
o leave the 1st lady's side but when Logan hears Evelyn say that "I came back 
in and saw her on the floor", Logan brushes past her to Dr. Hill. The Dr. begi
ns to tell the President that "she seems fine now, but that I'll have to do so
me tests", but Martha will interrupt/blurt out with news that she "didn't blac
k out! Somebody did this to me. Someone knocked me out". I wish I had the conclusion to
 this conversation but I don't have it. I'd sure like to know what Evelyn was/
is up to here??? Sounds fishy to me. Back to Curtis' situation, he's talking t
o Edgar at CTU about the "readings" on the "dead rats and sample air" from the
 20 steel canister room. Curtis confirms to Edgar that the readings are "2,000
 parts per million". It can only be "Military grade" says Curtis. Edgar will c
ross paths will Chloe after he hangs up with Curtis. About 35 minutes later, J
ack and Buchanan are inside CTU heading to the "holding" room when Buchanan or
ders another agent to "find Lynn McGill and tell him to meet me in holding". W
e now move inside of "Audrey's office-CTU." Audrey and Diane will already be h
ere when "Derek walks in to join his mother" in this sure to be emotional mome
nt. I hate to have to tell you all that it appears that Jack is reinstated at 
CTU after being brought in as Jack and Buchanan are getting ready to interroga
te someone named "Spenser". All I know is that Jack will start with the classic/old sch
ool line of "Who are you working for?" What happens after that is a big "?" to
 me.

Novick will "pocket the phone" of Walt Cummings, whose phone's "LCD SCREEN" wi
ll display the message "TELL NO ONE". Novick exits stage left to so-call "retu
rn a phone call to the state department". Cummings will watch Mike very closel
y as he exits. Does Mike know what's going on here? He must have a feeling abo
ut something if he pockets Cummings' phone as described. Maybe Cummings knows 
what Mike is up to? The reason Mike exits so quickly is to call Jack. He's at 
CTU. They'll first say their condolences about David to each other. Jack then 
tells Novick that he "may have a lead on the stolen nerve gas", and that while
 CTU is coordinating the search for the stolen gas, that he has "something (th
at) I need to bring to you". Mike won't "understand". Jack will reluctantly me
ntion "Walt Cummings" name to Mike, whose name Mike "takes a beat to absorb" a
nd that he is to "not even (to) tell the president" that they have talked. Jac
k will agree to meet Mike "at an area few hundred yards outside the southwest 
gate of Logan's retreat" "within fifteen minutes." Mike wants to hear more on what Jack
 has to say about Walt, at a minimum. I have a feeling that Mike is not long f
or "24" this season. What leads me to this is that Jack will be locked up AND 
in handcuffs in about 30 minutes from now. Now we're inside of "CTU AUDREY'S O
FFICE". Derek and Diane from Bakersfield are waiting for Jack to show up at 12
:09 p.m. All I have here is Diane saying, "They said we could go home soon" to
 Jack. Jack replies with "I heard". Derek ends with "what about you? Are you c
oming back home with us?" "Jack looks at them a beat, then exits and walks off
 in silence". The YTM is "in the front of a truck". SCHAEFFER drives. "They're
 in line at a GATE to the dock area" at the Port of Long Beach. YTM has his me
n stashed away in the back of the truck. SCHAEFFER will inform the YTM the "th
e canisters will arrive at port in your country in eight days. Ground transpor
tation to your base will take another day". YTM will say this exactly, "My cou
ntry has been occupied by the Russians for longer than yours has existed. The world wil
l call us murderers, but all we want is our freedom." Just then "they reach th
e gate." SCHAEFFER will then tell YTM to "keep your men quiet and there won't 
be a problem." The "CANISTER TRUCK - CONTAINERIZED FREIGHT UNIT" that the YTM,
 SCHAEFFER and his men are in "pulls up to a fresh faced PORT OFFICER". He'll 
ask for the "manifest and customs declaration" from SCHAEFFER. When the PORT O
FFICER wants an "itemized list" of the so-called "medical supplies" he is haul
ing, things quickly go sour when SCHAEFFER blurts out "Hey, I just drive the t
ruck" to the fresh faced officer in reply. That catches the PORT officers atte
ntion. But when SCHAEFFER says to him that he can "open the back, let you take
 a look, if you want", that catches the YTM's attention. "ERWICH eyes Schaeffe
r" YTM knows something is not right here and he does something about."Jack is 
locked in a feed storage yard at Logan's retreat." I knew that meeting between
 Jack and Mike would not go very well. Secret Service Agent Aaron Pierce will inform Ja
ck that "you're being moved per the president's orders" to a "class three dete
ntion facility." Jack will recognize Aaron from David's SS detail, and will as
k him if he "served under David Palmer". Pierce will say, "Yes". Jack then men
tions that he has to speak to Pierce "privately" and that it "concerns David P
almer's killer". Pierce then dismisses the other agents to their "motor pool".
 Jack then tells Aaron that "Palmer was killed because he was on the verge of 
discovering that the terrorists were getting help from someone inside of Logan
's administration." "Walt Cummings" is who Jack will name. Pierce is not sure 
what to do here. After Jack implores upon him that "Cummings may be our only c
hance of finding the gas before it's too late." And that he knows that "it's h
ard to believe, but it's true" about Cummings involvement in David's murder, "
Pierce stares at Jack, troubled." Pierce then offers up how the "first lady al
so believes someone in the administration was involved" in today’s most shocking event
 of killing off the only black President. Off this exchange, Jack will plead w
ith Aaron to "Help me. If you don't, Walt Cummings will get away with David Pa
lmer's murder." We go to a commercial break with Pierce, "a man of duty, in tu
rmoil" asking Jack "What do you need me to do?" Free Jack and create a diversi
on for his escape is what Pierce had better do for Jack. Only because of what 
happens next could I say such a thing.
