One hates the new moon for its declining early and the third-quarter moon

its rising 
late.                                                                
Tungtang: I can regulate my sleeping hours in accordance with its rising

decline.                                                                       
 
Sungping: Rather the things to look out for are the clouds which may 
obscure    
it.                                                                            
 
Chingjo: It is the nature of the universe to go in cycles. Please do not 
hate   
its slowness in rising or its
