Deer
One hunter in Linjiang once got a deer by chance and was glad to breed it. W
hen got home with the lovely deer, he had to drive all his hounds away that
were fond of it and came up with dripping salvia and waving tails. He hoped
his hounds could atone to the new comer, so he introduced it to all the houn
ds gradually which made it possible for the deer to play with the hounds.
Day by day, the hounds began to love the deer, that now grew mature and alre
ady forgot its being a deer while took for granted that hounds were friendly
to him. The deer acted intimately to the hounds which were fear to agonize the
hunter and also acted the same except for some sudden appetite.
Years later, the deer went out and met many other hounds on the road. It wen
t up and wanted to play with them as had done at home. The hounds were both
happy and angry, and they killed and ate the arrogant deer in no time, leavi
ng only the uneatable remain. The deer hardly got any opportunity to cry at
its death.
