撒母耳记上

26:1   西弗人到基比亚见扫罗，说，大卫不是在旷野前的哈基拉山藏着吗？
The Ziphites went to Saul at Gibeah and said, 'Is not David hiding on the hill 
of Hakilah, which faces Jeshimon?' 


26:2   扫罗就起身，带领以色列人中挑选的三千精兵下到西弗的旷野，要在那里寻索大卫
。
So Saul went down to the Desert of Ziph, with his three thousand chosen men 
of Israel, to search there for David.


26:3   扫罗在旷野前的哈基拉山，在道路上安营。大卫住在旷野，听说扫罗到旷野来追寻
他，
Saul made his camp beside the road on the hill of Hakilah facing Jeshimon, 
but David stayed in the desert. When he saw that Saul had followed him there,


26:4   就打发人去探听，便知道扫罗果然来到。
he sent out scouts and learned that Saul had definitely arrived. 


26:5   大卫起来，到扫罗安营的地方，看见扫罗和他的元帅尼珥的儿子押尼珥睡卧之处。
扫罗睡在辎重营里，百姓安营在他周围。
Then David set out and went to the place where Saul had camped. He saw where 
Saul and Abner son of Ner, the commander of the army, had lain down. Saul was 
lying inside the camp, with the army encamped around him. 


26:6   大卫对赫人亚希米勒和洗鲁雅的儿子约押的兄弟亚比筛说，谁同我下到扫罗营里去
。亚比筛说，我同你下去。
David then asked Ahimelech the Hittite and Abishai son of Zeruiah, Joab's 
brother, 'Who will go down into the camp with me to Saul?' 'I'll go with 
you,' said Abishai. 


26:7   于是大卫和亚比筛夜间到了百姓那里，见扫罗睡在辎重营里。他的枪在头旁，插在
地上。押尼珥和百姓睡在他周围。
So David and Abishai went to the army by night, and there was Saul, lying 
asleep inside the camp with his spear stuck in the ground near his head. 
Abner and the soldiers were lying around him. 


26:8   亚比筛对大卫说，现在神将你的仇敌交在你手里，求你容我拿枪将他刺透在地，一
刺就成，不用再刺。
Abishai said to David, 'Today God has delivered your enemy into your hands. 
Now let me pin him to the ground with one thrust of my spear; I won't strike 
him twice.' 


26:9   大卫对亚比筛说，不可害死他。有谁伸手害耶和华的受膏者而无罪呢？
But David said to Abishai, 'Don't destroy him! Who can lay a hand on the Lord 
's anointed and be guiltless?


26:10 大卫又说，我指着永生的耶和华起誓，他或被耶和华击打，或是死期到了，或是出
战阵亡。
As surely as the Lord lives,' he said, 'the Lord himself will strike him; 
either his time will come and he will die, or he will go into battle and 
perish.


26:11 我在耶和华面前，万不敢伸手害耶和华的受膏者。现在你可以将他头旁的枪和水瓶
拿来，我们就走。
But the Lord forbid that I should lay a hand on the Lord 's anointed. Now get 
the spear and water jug that are near his head, and let's go.' 


26:12 大卫从扫罗的头旁拿了枪和水瓶，二人就走了，没有人看见，没有人知道，也没有
人醒起，都睡着了，因为耶和华使他们沉沉地睡了。
So David took the spear and water jug near Saul's head, and they left. No one 
saw or knew about it, nor did anyone wake up. They were all sleeping, because 
the Lord had put them into a deep sleep. 


26:13 大卫过到那边去，远远地站在山顶上，与他们相离甚远。
Then David crossed over to the other side and stood on top of the hill some 
distance away; there was a wide space between them.


26:14 大卫呼叫百姓和尼珥的儿子押尼珥说，押尼珥阿，你为何不答应呢？押尼珥说，你
是谁。竟敢呼叫王呢？
He called out to the army and to Abner son of Ner, 'Aren't you going to 
answer me, Abner?' Abner replied, 'Who are you who calls to the king?' 


26:15 大卫对押尼珥说，你不是个勇士吗？以色列中谁能比你呢？民中有人进来要害死王
你的主，你为何没有保护王你的主呢？
David said, 'You're a man, aren't you? And who is like you in Israel? Why 
didn't you guard your lord the king? Someone came to destroy your lord the 
king.


26:16 你这样是不好的。我指着永生的耶和华起誓，你们都是该死的。因为没有保护你们
的主，就是耶和华的受膏者。现在你看看王头旁的枪和水瓶在哪里。
What you have done is not good. As surely as the Lord lives, you and your men 
deserve to die, because you did not guard your master, the Lord 's anointed. 
Look around you. Where are the king's spear and water jug that were near his 
head?' 


26:17 扫罗听出是大卫的声音，就说，我儿大卫，这是你的声音吗？大卫说，主我的王阿
，是我的声音。
Saul recognized David's voice and said, 'Is that your voice, David my son?' 
David replied, 'Yes it is, my lord the king.'


26:18 又说，我作了什么。我手里有什么恶事。我主竟追赶仆人呢？
And he added, 'Why is my lord pursuing his servant? What have I done, and 
what wrong am I guilty of?


26:19 求我主我王听仆人的话，若是耶和华激发你攻击我，愿耶和华收纳祭物。若是人激
发你，愿他在耶和华面前受咒诅。因为他现今赶逐我，不容我在耶和华的产业上有分，说
，你去事奉别神吧。
Now let my lord the king listen to his servant's words. If the Lord has 
incited you against me, then may he accept an offering. If, however, men have 
done it, may they be cursed before the Lord ! They have now driven me from my 
share in the Lord 's inheritance and have said, 'Go, serve other gods.'


26:20 现在求王不要使我的血流在离耶和华远的地方。以色列王出来是寻找一个虼蚤，如
同人在山上猎取一个鹧鸪一般。
Now do not let my blood fall to the ground far from the presence of the Lord 
. The king of Israel has come out to look for a flea-as one hunts a partridge 
in the mountains.' 


26:21 扫罗说，我有罪了。我儿大卫，你可以回来，因你今日看我的性命为宝贵。我必不
再加害于你。我是糊涂人，大大错了。
Then Saul said, 'I have sinned. Come back, David my son. Because you 
considered my life precious today, I will not try to harm you again. Surely I 
have acted like a fool and have erred greatly.' 


26:22 大卫说，王的枪在这里，可以吩咐一个仆人过来拿去。
'Here is the king's spear,' David answered. 'Let one of your young men come 
over and get it.


26:23 今日耶和华将王交在我手里，我却不肯伸手害耶和华的受膏者。耶和华必照各人的
公义诚实报应他。
The Lord rewards every man for his righteousness and faithfulness. The Lord 
delivered you into my hands today, but I would not lay a hand on the Lord 's 
anointed.


26:24 我今日重看你的性命，愿耶和华也重看我的性命，并且拯救我脱离一切患难。
As surely as I valued your life today, so may the Lord value my life and 
deliver me from all trouble.' 


26:25 扫罗对大卫说，我儿大卫，愿你得福。你必作大事，也必得胜。于是大卫起行，扫
罗回他的本处去了。
Then Saul said to David, 'May you be blessed, my son David; you will do great 
things and surely triumph.' So David went on his way, and Saul returned home.
