第五章                           CHAPTER 5
  1 亚当的後代、记在下面。当　神   1 This is the book of the generations of
造人的日子、是照著自己的样式造的 Adam. In the day that God created man, in the
、                               likeness of God made he him;
  2 并且造男造女、在他们被造的日   2 Male and female created he them; and
子、　神赐福给他们、称他们为人。 blessed them, and called their name Adam, in
                                 the day when they were created.
  3 亚当活到一百三十岁、生了一个   3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years,
儿子、形像样式和自己相似、就给他 and begat a son in his own likeness, and after
起名叫塞特。                     his image; and called his name Seth:
  4 亚当生塞特之後、又在世八百年   4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten
．并且生儿养女。                 Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat
                                 sons and daughters:
  5 亚当共活了九百三十岁就死了。   5 And all the days that Adam lived were nine

  6 塞特活到一百零五岁、生了以挪   6 And Seth lived an hundred and five years,

  7 塞特生以挪士之後、又活了八百   7 And Seth lived after he begat Enos eight
零七年．并且生儿养女。           hundred and seven years, and begat sons and

  8 塞特共活了九百一十二岁就死了   8 And all the days of Seth were nine hundred
。                               and twelve years: and he died.
  9 以挪士活到九十岁、生了该南。   9 And Enos lived ninety years, and begat
                                 Cainan:
 10 以挪士生该南之後、又活了八百  10 And Enos lived after he begat Cainan eight
一十五年．并且生儿养女。         hundred and fifteen years, and begat sons and
                                 daughters:
 11 以挪士共活了九百零五岁就死了  11 And all the days of Enos were nine hundred
。                               and five years: and he died.
 12 该南活到七十岁、生了玛勒列。  12 And Cainan lived seventy years and begat
                                 Mahalaleel:
 13 该南生玛勒列之後、又活了八百  13 And Cainan lived after he begat Mahalaleel
四十年．并且生儿养女。           eight hundred and forty years, and begat sons
                                 and daughters:
 14 该南共活了九百一十岁就死了。  14 And all the days of Cainan were nine
                                 hundred and ten years: and he died.
 15 玛勒列活到六十五岁、生了雅列  15 And Mahalaleel lived sixty and five years,
。                               and begat Jared:
 16 玛勒列生雅列之後、又活了八百  16 And Mahalaleel lived after he begat Jared
三十年．并且生儿养女。           eight hundred and thirty years, and begat sons
                                 and daughters:
 17 玛勒列共活了八百九十五岁就死  17 And all the days of Mahalaleel were eight
了。                             hundred ninety and five years: and he died.
 18 雅列活到一百六十二岁、生了以  18 And Jared lived an hundred sixty and two
诺。                             years, and he begat Enoch:
 19 雅列生以诺之後、又活了八百年  19 And Jared lived after he begat Enoch eight
．并且生儿养女。                 hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
 20 雅列共活了九百六十二岁就死了  20 And all the days of Jared were nine hundred
。                               sixty and two years: and he died.
 21 以诺活到六十五岁、生了玛土撒  21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and

 22 以诺生玛土撒拉之後、与　神同  22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat
行三百年．并且生儿养女。         Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons
                                 and daughters:
 23 以诺共活了三百六十五岁。      23 And all the days of Enoch were three
                                 hundred sixty and five years:
 24 以诺与　神同行、　神将他取去  24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not;
、他就不在世了。                 for God took him.
 25 玛土撒拉活到一百八十七岁、生  25 And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and
了拉麦。                         seven years, and begat Lamech.
 26 玛土撒拉生拉麦之後、又活了七  26 And Methuselah lived after he begat Lamech
百八十二年．并且生儿养女。       seven hundred eighty and two years, and begat
                                 sons and daughters:
 27 玛土撒拉共活了九百六十九岁就  27 And all the days of Methuselah were nine
死了。                           hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.
 28 拉麦活到一百八十二岁、生了一  28 And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two
个儿子、                         years, and begat a son:
 29 给他起名叫挪亚、说、这个儿子  29 And he called his name Noah, saying, This
必为我们的操作、和手中的劳苦、安 same shall comfort us concerning our work and
慰我们．这操作劳苦是因为耶和华咒 toil of our hands, because of the ground which
诅地。                           the LORD hath cursed.
 30 拉麦生挪亚之後、又活了五百九  30 And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five
十五年．并且生儿养女。           hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons
                                 and daughters:
 31 拉麦共活了七百七十七岁就死了  31 And all the days of Lamech were seven
。                               hundred seventy and seven years: and he died.
 32 挪亚五百岁生了闪、含、雅弗。  32 And Noah was five hundred years old: and
                                 Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
