第四十五章                       CHAPTER 45
  1 约瑟在左右站著的人面前、情不   1 Then Joseph could not refrain himself
自禁、吩咐一声说、人都要离开我出 before all them that stood by him; and he
去．约瑟和弟兄相认的时候、并没有 cried, Cause every man to go out from me. And

                                 himself known unto his brethren.
  2 他就放声大哭、埃及人、和法老   2 And he wept aloud: and the Egyptians and

  3 约瑟对他弟兄们说、我是约瑟、   3 And Joseph said unto his brethren, I am

  4 约瑟又对他弟兄们说、请你们近   4 And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come
前来、他们就近前来．他说、我是你 near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And

  5 现在不要因为把我卖到这里、自   5 Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry

  6 现在这地的□荒已经二年了、还   6 For these two years hath the famine been in
在五年不能耕种、不能收成。       the land: and yet there are five years, in the
                                 which there shall neither be earing nor
                                 harvest.
  7 　神差我在你们以先来、为要给   7 And God sent me before you to preserve you
你们存留馀种在世上、又要大施拯救 a posterity in the earth, and to save your
、保全你们的生命。               lives by a great deliverance.
  8 这样看来、差我到这里来的不是   8 So now it was not you that sent me hither,
你们、乃是　神、他又使我如法老的 but God: and he hath made me a father to
父、作他全家的主、并埃及全地的宰 Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler
相。                             throughout all the land of Egypt.
  9 你们要赶紧上到我父亲那里、对   9 Haste ye, and go up to my father, and say
他说、你儿子约瑟这样说、　神使我 unto him, Thus saith thy son Joseph, God hath
作全埃及的主、请你下到我这里来、 made me lord of all Egypt: come down unto me,
不要耽延。                       tarry not:
 10 你和你我儿子、孙子、连牛群、  10 And thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen,
羊群、并一切所有的、都可以住在歌 and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy
珊地、与我相近．                 children, and thy children's children, and thy
                                 flocks, and thy herds, and all that thou hast:
 11 我要在那里奉养你．因为还有五  11 And there will I nourish thee; for yet
年的□荒、免得你和你的眷属、并一 there are five years of famine; lest thou, and
切所有的、都败落了。             thy household, and all that thou hast, come to
                                 poverty.
 12 况且你们的眼和我兄弟便雅悯的  12 And, behold, your eyes see, and the eyes of
眼、都看见是我亲口对你们说话。   my brother Benjamin, that it is my mouth that
                                 speaketh unto you.
 13 你们也要将我在埃及一切的荣耀  13 And ye shall tell my father of all my glory
、和你们所看见的事、都告诉我父亲 in Egypt, and of all that ye have seen; and ye
、又要赶紧的将我父亲搬到我这里来 shall haste and bring down my father hither.
。                               
 14 於是约瑟伏在他兄弟便雅悯的颈  14 And he fell upon his brother Benjamin's
项上哭、便雅悯也在他的颈项上哭。 neck, and wept; and Benjamin wept upon his
                                 neck.
 15 他又与众弟兄亲嘴、抱著他们哭  15 Moreover he kissed all his brethren, and
、随後他弟兄就和他说话。         wept upon them: and after that his brethren
                                 talked with him.
 16 这风声传到法老的宫里、说、约  16 And the fame thereof was heard in Pharaoh's
瑟的弟兄们来了．法老和他的臣仆都 house, saying, Joseph's brethren are come: and
很喜欢。                         it pleased Pharaoh well, and his servants.
 17 法老对约瑟说、你吩咐你的弟兄  17 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Say unto thy
们说、你们要这样行、把驮子抬在牲 brethren, This do ye; lade your beasts, and go,
口上、起身往迦南地去。           get you unto the land of Canaan;
 18 将你们的父亲和你们的眷属、都  18 And take your father and your households,
搬到我这里来、我要把埃及地的美物 and come unto me: and I will give you the good
赐给你们、你们也要□这地肥美的出 of the land of Egypt, and ye shall eat the fat

 19 现在我吩咐你们要这样行、从埃  19 Now thou art commanded, this do ye; take

 20 你们眼中不要爱惜你们的家具、  20 Also regard not your stuff; for the good of

 21 以色列的儿子们就如此行、约瑟  21 And the children of Israel did so: and
照著法老的吩咐给他们车辆、和路上 Joseph gave them wagons, according to the

 22 又给他们各人一套衣服、惟独给  22 To all of them he gave each man changes of

 23 送给他父亲公驴十匹、驮著埃及  23 And to his father he sent after this

 24 於是约瑟打发他弟兄们回去、又  24 So he sent his brethren away, and they

 25 他们从埃及上去、来到迦南地、  25 And they went up out of Egypt, and came

 26 告诉他说、约瑟还在、并且作埃  26 And told him, saying, Joseph is yet alive,
及全地的宰相．雅各心里冰凉、因为 and he is governor over all the land of Egypt.
不信他们。                       And Jacob's heart fainted, for he believed them
                                 not.
 27 他们便将约瑟对他们说的一切话  27 And they told him all the words of Joseph,
、都告诉了他．他们父亲雅各、又看 which he had said unto them: and when he saw
见约瑟打发来接他的车辆、心就苏醒 the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him,
了。                             the spirit of Jacob their father revived:
 28 以色列说、罢了、罢了、我的儿  28 And Israel said, It is enough; Joseph my
子约瑟还在、趁我未死以先、我要去 son is yet alive: I will go and see him before
