A restaurant in Changsha in south China's Hunan province had recently added 
12 new dishes to its menu that contained breast milk from 6 local women.
The resulting controversy forced the restaurant's management to pull all twe
lve of the menu selections.
Under the new law, establishments found handling breast milk products would 
be severely punished.
