The center will be 12 hectares in area, and will do business through a membe
rship system. The type, standard and grade of the flowers will all be carefu
lly classified, and every kind of flower will have its own code. The codes w
ill be input into an electronic bargaining system, and buyers will compete a
nd close accounts electronically.
The flower auction center is expected to have an average daily trade volume 
of some two million flowers.
