The new service will be launched on March 1 under the partnership of Bank of
 China, Visa international credit card company as well as Hong Kong-based CS
L telecom company.
Customers of the company that registered the service will be able to pay for
 goods and services via SMS anytime and anywhere with their mobile phones ov
er the CSL network.
Based on an open mobile commerce standard, the 3 collaborating parties will 
partner with a variety of merchants to offer such applications as phone bill
 payment, movie ticket purchase and golf booking during the 4-month pilot.
