The Second National Journal Ratification, which was held by National Press a
nd Publication Administration in the second half year of 2002, rang down the
 curtain recently. This ratification has been considered to be the most impo
rtant in journal field of China. Evaluated by the committee, and ratified by
 National Press and Publication Administration and the Ministry of Science a
nd Technology，Journal of HIT won the National Key Journal Awards. This achi
evement means that Journal of HIT becomes a national famous academic journal
.
In recent years, the Editorial Department of the Journal of HIT who paid muc
h attention to the academic and editorial quality expands the effect of the 
Journal of HIT. Having been listed on the third place among the nine selecte
d institutions of higher education in three years. The Journal of HIT was ac
cepted by EI as one of source journals. During the evaluation, higher academ
ic and editorial quality of the Journal of HIT won the high praise from the 
committee, although there were no additional points.
