On March 9, the reading-room for quality education in the library of Campus 
I welcomed the 20,000th reader.
From the opening in the recent half-year, the reading-room for quality educa
tion was highly praised because of its service to 2200 students every month.
 Director Bu Linhua, who is in charge for the Department of Electronic Infor
mation, said that the library set up this reading-room in order to provide t
he abundant quality education books to our students, and form harmonious hum
anity atmospheres.
About 20,000 books concerning literature, art, management, law, and other hu
manities fields were collected in this reading-room. Most of these books are
 brand-series published by authoritative presses.
The opening of the reading-room for quality education is very popular with t
he faculties and students, especially with the undergraduates. A student fro
m the Department of Applied Physics said that humanistic knowledge was very 
necessary in the university, which with science engineering and research as 
its core. The opening of the reading-room for quality education takes conven
ience to the students to mould their temperament and to cultivate their comp
rehensive quality.
