                     Rules of the Board of English
                            英 语 版 版 规

                           General Principles
                               总    则

Ⅰ  The Board of English  (the Board for brief) is  founded  intending  to
provide members of Lilac BBS  (BBS for brief) with  a  place  for  English
studies, communications, discussions, and English-related activities, both
in terms of linguistic and culture issues.

1. 为给紫丁香BBS（以下简称本BBS）网友提供进行英语语言和文化之学习、 交流、
讨论之目的而成立英语版（以下简称本版）。

Ⅱ  The board is under control and leadership of the Chief of the BBS  and
the Management Committee, managed by Board mangers on a daily basis.

2. 本版服从BBS站长和站务组之领导，日常工作由版主负责。

Ⅲ  The Board acts in obedience to the leadership of the Chinese Communist
Party, and laws of the People's Republic of China.

3. 本版的任何行为均服从中国共产党之领导，恪守中华人民共和国之法律。

                 Classification of the Board of English
                            版  面  定  位

Ⅳ  The Board falls into Class B  according  to  the  first  consolidation
meeting of the BBS.

4. 根据紫丁香站第一次全站版面整顿方案，决定将本版划分为 B 类版面。

                    Content of the Board of English
                            版  面  内  容

Ⅴ  Any pieces breaking, or intending to break the laws  of  the  People's
Republic of China, or the rules of the BBS are  highly  prohibited.  Those
pieces will be deleted immediately, once identified, and duties of members
who publish such pieces, if any, will be  investigated  according  to  the
laws of the People's Republic of China, or the rules of the BBS.The  Board
Managers will not be responsible for any consequences caused.

5. 本版不允许发表任何触犯，或试图触犯中华人民共和国或者本BBS站规之文章，一
经发现，立即删除，并依据中华人民共和国或者本BBS站规追究责任。 版主对此造成
的后果不负任何责任。

Ⅵ  Any pieces breaking the Copyright of the original compositions, if any,
will be deleted, once identified, after investigation. The Board  Managers
will not be responsible for any consequences caused.

6. 任何侵犯版权的文章，一经发现，立即删除。版主对此造成的后果不负任何责任。

Ⅶ  Any pieces irrelevant  to  either  English  language  or  culture  are
prohibited. Those pieces related to  other  boards  on  the  BBS  will  be
transferred to corresponding boards, and then  deleted  on  the  Board.  A
notification will be published on the  board  after  the  transfer.  Those
pieces irrelevant to any board on the BBS will be deleted, once identified,
without any notification a priory. However, they  will  be  sent  back  to
members who publish such pieces before deletion is taken.

7. 本版不允许发表任何和英语语言或文化无关的文章。若此该文章与本BBS其他版面
主题符合，则该文章将被转发到相应版面而在本版删除同时版主在版面上发文说明。
若该文章与本BBS任何一个版之主题均不符合，则在没有提醒说明的情况下立即删除，
但是原文会被转发回作者信箱。

Ⅷ  Any pieces seeking for a substitute in examinations, used for commercial
purposes or similar aims are prohibited. Those pieces will be deleted, once
identified, without any notification a priory. Furthermore, duties of members
who publish such pieces will be investigated.    

8.  本版不允许发表任何寻找替考,或带有商业色彩或具有类似目的的文章，一经发现，
则在没有提醒说明的情况下立即删除，进而追究作者责任。

Ⅸ. Members of the BBS are  allowed  to  publish  any  pieces  related  to
English language and culture exempt from those falling into Article 5, 6,
7, 8.

9. 本版允许网友发表除5、6、7或者8规定之外的任何有关英语语言和文化的文章。

Ⅹ  Members of the BBS are encouraged to publish their compositions,launch
discussions as well as conduct  any  English-related  topics  exempt  from
those falling into Article 5, 6, 7, and 8.

10. 本版鼓励网友发表原创文章，开展讨论，引发任何和英语有关的话题，但排除在
5、6、7或者8规定之内的。

ⅩⅠ  Members of the BBS are allowed to irrigate to a certain extent,which
is quantified by the Board Managers from time to time.

XI 本版允许一定限度的灌水，由版主掌握。

                    Awards from the Board of English
                             奖  励  条  例

ⅩⅡ  Medals and Certificates of Merit of the Board are  awarded  annually
to me mbers of the BBS who devote themselves to  the  Board.  A  selection
will be issued by vote. Any current Board Manager cannot be awarded.

12. 每年本版对有突出贡献的网友以奖章和证书的形式进行奖励。 人选由投票决定，
现任版主不得成为候选人。

                    Punishment from the Board of English
                              处  罚  条  例

ⅩⅢ  Members whose actions fall into Article 5  will  be  banned  on  the
Board for from 7 to 14 days.

13. 违反第五条者将被处以封POST权限7至14天的处罚。

ⅩⅣ  Members whose actions fall into Article 6  will  be  banned  on  the
Board for from 7 to 14 days.

14. 违反第六条者将被处以封POST权限7至14天的处罚。

ⅩⅤ  Members whose actions fall into Article 7  will  be  warned  on  the
Board, and be banned on the Board for from 1 to 14 days if the  warning  is
not listened.

15. 违反第七条者将被警告，对不听从警告者处以封POST权限1天至14天的处罚。

ⅩⅥ  Members whose actions fall into Article 8  will  be  banned  on  the
Board for from 7 to 14 days.

16. 违反第八条者将被处以封POST权限7至14天的处罚。

ⅩⅦ  Members whose pieces contain strong words and/or are  complained  by
other members in due course will be banned on the Board for from  1  to  14
days.

17. 言辞不雅被网友向版主投诉者将被处以封POST权限1天至14天的处罚。

ⅩⅧ  Members whose number of pieces for irrigation is  beyond  the  limit
quantified by the Board Manager will be banned on the Board for from  1 to
14 days.

18. 灌水过量者将被处以封POST权限1天至14天的处罚。

                              Supplementation
                                  附    则

ⅩⅨ  The Rules of the Board of English shall be executed and explained by
the Board Mangers, and superintended by any member on the BBS.

19. 本版规由版主负责解释和执行，望广大网友进行监督。

ⅩⅩ  The Rules of the Board of English is taken effect  immediately  once
published.

20. 本版规自发布之日起生效。
