1. The Board of English (the Board for brief) is founded intending to provid
e members of Lilac BBS (BBS for brief) with a place for English studies, com
munications, discussions, and English-related activities, both in terms of l
inguistic and culture issues.
2. The board is under control and leadership of the Chief of the BBS and the
 Management Committee, managed by Board mangers on a daily basis.
3. The Board acts in obedience to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Pa
rty, and laws of the People's Republic of China.
