公平起见，今天我们男女一起“损”. 首先“贬男十句”：
1）He's a chicken guy, who dare not make a solid move at anything.他是个胆小
鬼，做什麽都畏手畏脚。
2) He looks donw-at-the-heels. 他看起来衣衫褴褛的。
3) He cuts a poor figure. 他露出个可怜相。
4) He's really not much to look at. 他没有什麽好看的。
5) He's a bag of bones. 他骨瘦如柴（还有个说法就是 He's all bones）
6) He's a dog. 他是个小人。
7) His face breaks out. 他的脸发疹。
8) I can't bear the sight of him. 要见他我难以忍受。
9) He makes me barf。 他让我恶心。
10)He's really a law-down dirty shame. 他是个不知羞耻的人。
下面是“损女十句”
1) She's plain/plain-looking. 她相貌平平（该词是ugly的委婉说法）
2) She's a pill. 她是个讨厌的人。（不到万不得已，没人喜欢吃药吧）
3) There's little of the woman in her. 她没一点女人味。
4) She's quite an Amazon. 她是个十足的泼妇。
5) She's homely enought to stop a clock. 她奇丑无比（形容某人丑，中文有许多比
喻，但老外就这麽形容）
6) She's on the shelf. 她嫁不出去。（想想看，你家书架上的书是否乏人问津？）
7) She has a freckled face. 她有一张长满雀斑的脸。
8) She gives me the creeps. 她让我不寒而栗。
9) She's a sight without her make-up. 她没化妆时很丑。
10)She's a jailbait。她是个祸水妞/红颜祸水。（jail监狱，bait诱饵，结合不就是
“使人下地狱的诱饵”？）
Channelv说，要想幸福一辈子，一不要说女人丑，二不要说女人肥，三不要说女人懒，
实在是至理名言~~。其实，不管是对女人，对任何人我们都应该宽容为怀，在不得不说
的场合，也多说些委婉语。这可不只是中国人的美德，老外也是如此。比如说，明明指
某人喜欢暴力，却偏要说He likes to resort to physical means for attracting at
tention(他喜欢用展示体力的方法去吸引注意力)；某人喜欢偷盗，却评价为He needs 
special help in learning to respect the property right of others(他在尊重他人
财产方面需要特别管教)；如果是爱撒谎、做白日梦，也会说He shows difficulty in 
distinguishing between imaginary and factual material(他在区分幻想与现实方面
显得有些困难). 以后有时间，我也想贴点这方面的帖子。今天帖子较长，下不为例。明
天我们就准备下一环节—约会。
