   The citizens living in the megapolis always have a superior feeling to
 the their brothers in countryside because the big city assemble great 
productivity and financing to show a more flourishing pattern. The mega
polis in worldwide, as London in England, Paris in France, Athens in Gr
eek, usually easily to gain the support of nation policy for the specia
l local position and the subsequently the important role in the promoti
on of the country economic and cultural progress. Although many people 
asserted that governments must ensure that their major cities receive t
he financial support they need in order to thrive, because it is primar
ily in cities that a nation’s cultural traditions are preserved and ge
nerated, I am inclined to argue that the rural areas of a nation deserv
e more attention from the government.


   First of all, due to the impact of globalization, the cities of the wor
ld are being homogenized; as a consequence, a nation’s cultural tradit
ions might be better preserved and generated in the rural area. The nat
ion’s cultural traditions may exhibit as the essential form such as ar
ts, architectures, substantial treasure, in the profound case as those 
immaterials heritages along the historical process that brings birth th
e national beliefs and folk customs. Such virtual and spiritual achieve
ment along with the treasure we inherit from the ancestor and primary g
eneration constitute the treasure of the nation cultural traditions. If
 considers the cultural tradition in central city is so brilliant to da
zzle the lookers that it maybe compared as the diamond in the crown, th
e value of the rural areas in the preservation of the cultural traditio
ns, contrast to the big city, latter is far from the pollution and the 
side-effect of mechanical production and modern science and the cultura
l tradition there is like the scattered precious stones though their va
lue and function are usually neglected. Due to the potential threaten o
n the cultural traditions in the megapolis with the trend of over-crowd
ed and contrived reasons; it seems that the nowadays rural countryside 
will have more important positive role in the procedure of preservation
 and promotion of the cultural traditions.


   In addition, the increasing trend of urbanization has resulted in the p
overty of the countryside, threatening the survival of a nation’s trad
itional culture. Unlike the process of globalization may take the new i
deas and respective views to every corner of the world that result in t
he promotion of the wealth of human-race, the urbanization increase the
 gap between the rich area and the poor country by pushing the poor lea
ving the hometown to the great city and the assemble of the capital and
 person with ability strengthen the splitting trend, As a consequent, t
he finance and the notice are emphasized on the protection of the cultu
ral tradition in great city and the funds support on the rural areas is
 unconscious omitted by the nation and the public since it is misunders
tanded as less valuable operation.
 
   Anyway, the importance of the cultural traditions in the countryside s
hould not be neglected, they are the same value of constitute the whole
 nation cultural tradition, since the heritage once is damaged or divin
g away that the remember of such treasure would not shown again in a co
untry history, whether in a substantial or a spiritual way, the governm
ent will step further in the preservation of the cultural traditions by
 inclining the policy on the rural areas and giving them more financial
 support like the affair it considers in the magepolis.
