soul mate(compatible mate)天生注定的配偶，合适的对象

    这个词字面意思是“灵魂伴侣”，西方人相信，每个人生下来的时候就已经配好
对拉，将来要如何找到自己的“灵魂伴侣”，则要靠个人的机缘了。就象中国人说
的“有缘千里来相会，无缘见面不相识”的道理一样。所谓“缘分”是天生注定的
，而“天作之合”则是男女双方找到天生注定的配偶，是上天成全的最美满的婚姻
。
