tab(a bill or a check)帐单

    tab有很多不同的用法，现在较流行的是指“帐单”或“费用单”。比方说，在餐
馆就餐后，或是在酒廊饮过酒后，服务人员拿来的帐单就是tab。

like to pay their own way or give the guy the full-treat treatment.

^_^Try picking up the tab for once when you head out with your BF.
