摇头晃脑
汉语的"摇头晃脑"，英语直译为：to wag one's head。"摇头晃脑"
形容自得其乐（to look pleased with oneself）或自以为是
(to assume an air of self-approbation or self-conceit）的样子。
表示head的动作的方法有：
1. He raised his head and looked at the bright moon.
他抬头望明月。
2. He dropped his head and stared at his plate.
他低下头凝视盘子。
3. She scratched her head. It was an unpleasant habit of hers.
她搔了一下头皮。这是她的一个令人不快的习惯。
4. She threw her head back. 她向后甩头。
5. He nodded his head. 他点了点头。
6. He indicated the place by a nod of his head.
他点一下头，指明了这个地方。
7. He said with a motion/toss/jerk of his head.
他边说边动了/甩了/扭了一下头。
head表示"头痛"、"头晕"等生理现象的方法有：
1. Her head began to ache violently. 她的头开始剧痛。
2. Her head was splitting with headaches.
