Definition: Sharing a common understanding; thinking the same thing as another
 person. 

Example: 1) Peter and Sabah have really been on the same wavelength lately -- 
they agree about almost everything.  

Etymology: 'Wavelength' refers to an electronic signal, like an audio or telev
ision signal. If two people are sharing a single wavelength, they are sending 
and receiving the same messages.
