ded to present its “BizIdiom of the day” as a substitute in the days when 
the slang was mentioned before.  (yangs)  :)

quitting time

Definition: The end of the workday; time to go home.

Example: 1) It's almost quitting time -- I can't wait to get out of here and
 have some fun!

Etymology: 'Quit' means 'to stop working', so 'quitting time' is that time o
f the day when you put down your tools or turn off your computer.
