phat

Definition: Excellent, cool, the greatest.

Example: 1) That skateboard is so phat. It's the best I've ever seen!

Etymology: 'Phat' is an African-American slang version of 'fat' which has be
come very popular in the last few years. The use of 'fat' to describe someth
ing that is good goes back to the 1500s, and derives from the idea that the 
fat in a cow's milk is the best part of it.
