  定义：
about to be uttered or spoken，not quite within the recall of memory
就要说出口，不太记得 
  
  例句：
The exact same question was on the tip of my tongue when another student asked 
it．
当另一位学生问这个问题时，我也正要问同样的问题(只是还没说出口罢了)。
