In the first around 500 years, the capital of Shang Dynasty
was unknown. They then moved the capital to Yin, where they
developed the first written letters namded Oracle. The last
king of Shang Dynasty was zhou (纣), who was a tyrannt. He,
together with his wife, once tested why people's feet could
resist coldness by cutting them down. And they developed a
metod of punishment called Paoluo (炮烙), which means putting
criminals onto a horizontal hot copper-made pole and forcing
them to walk on it. Usually, criminals either were whipped to
death or dropped off from the pole and burned in fire.
