    商都城之前五百年未有记载，然五百年后，迁都于殷，始有
    书面之字，名曰：甲骨。商之末王纣者，荒淫无度，暴政于
    天下。一日，纣与其妃妲己于楼观景。远处一老一少，老者
    红光满面，少年，瘦削黄肤。妲己称老者必骨髓盈满，少者
    则内虚火旺。纣王不信，故立下一赌。纣王谴人拘得老者少
    年，断其足，观其髓，正如妲己所言。如此事者，多不可数
    。更甚者，纣信妲己之谗，设炮烙之刑。置犯人于烧红之铜
    柱之上，逼之行走于上。十之八九之犯不出三步终掉于铜柱
    之下，为火所烧。
