The conspiracy was like this. The king sent a letter to the siblings
telling him to come to the capital. If they went, their father would
be freed. Shang and Zixu discussed about this matter, and eventually
decided that Shang went and Zixu escaped. Shang and his father were
killed immediately, but Zixu WU escaped to the kingdom of WU (吴).

There, he was in destitution and led a hard life. Fortunately,
a prince named Guang (光) gave him some money and lands for his
living because Guang though he was a resourceful man with military
capabilities. Guang soon succeeded in becoming the King of WU,
and he appointed Zixu WU the Minister of Defence.

Having trained armies for several years and getting ready, Zixu WU
launch a big war against Chu. Finally, he decisively defeated CHu's
army, flogged the dead body of King HUI from the coffin. He made
his saga and completed his vengeance.
