A Microsoft employee and an engineer go to the
  firing range to shoot at some targets. The engineer decides
  to go first and fires off about twenty rounds and misses the target
  everytime. The engineer throws it on the ground in anger and
  begins cursing it. The Microsoft employee takes the gun, sticks the
  engineers finger in it and fires it, completely obliterating
  his finger. The engineer falls to the ground in blinding pain. The
  Microsoft employee looks at him and says, "Well, it's leaving
  here allright the problem must be at your end!!"
