VobSub 2.12

DirectVobSub: Fixed wrong aspect ratio when using the "Extend to ..." 
options; Better compatibility with several media players. The followings
 were tested and found working on my config: bsplayer, powerdivx, 
sasami2k (only when using the overlay mixer), radlight, lightalloy, 
microdvd, wmp64, wmp8, zoomplayer, windvd3, powerdvd4 (of course, 
these dvd players were working only in file mode);
