其实这些信息的作用不是很大的，很多的化学药品多有毒性，我们需要知道的是它的毒性
如
何进入人体，比如说phenol是强烈的腐蚀性，不可以不戴手套接触；有些是不稳定易爆炸

必须轻拿轻放的。我们用什么不知道毒性的化学物品的时候，都需要先查阅它的MSDS（

Material Safety Data Sheet）数据，比如下面是苯的MSDS数据，他就详细的说了苯的毒
性
，物理化学性质，还严格强调了carcinogen（致癌）。

MSDS数据是做实验之前必须查阅的，它的免费数据库在牛津大学化学系可以查到。

我们这边发生过一次实验室蒸发THF产生的严重的爆炸事件，还有甲基化反应产生爆炸伤到

学生的事件。感觉国内对这个问题不重视，我听过兰州大学一个有机合成的学生的了白血
病
，中国科学院有机所一个学生常常使用含氯的物质（CHLOFORM, DICHLOROMETHANE等等）肝

脏除了问题。

Stability

Toxicology
This material is a known carcinogen. The risks of using it in the laboratory

must be fully assessed before work begins. TLV 10 ppm. Short-term exposure may

cause a variety of effects, including nausea, vomiting, dizziness, narcosis,

reduction in blood pressure, CNS depression. Skin contact may lead to
dermatitis. Long-term exposure may lead to irreversible effects. Severe eye
irritant. Skin and respiratory irritant.
