    基地简介　Profile ：国家集成电路设计成都产业化
基地于2001年7 月由国家科技部批准建立，是国家科技部
在全国建立的七个专业性集成电路设计产业化基地之一。
基地位于国家高新技术开发区成都高新西区电子信息产业
带基地拥有完整的基础设施和完善的服务环境，并以IC基
地特有的优惠政策、IC设计公共开放实验室、专业认证培
训中心、一流的集成电路开发设计平台以及相应的技术辅
导和技术支持，为广大的IC设计企业和团队共同构建一个
十分优良的创业环境。
    National Integrated Circuit Design Industrialization
Camp.ChengDu was established in Jul.2001 with the
official sanction of Science and technology Ministry，
and managed by the Chengdu integrated circuit design
industrialization camp Co.ltd （CDICC ） . It ‘s
located at national Hi-tech zone near the electronic
and informatics belt in Chengdu city with the pretty
environment. There are world-class EDA design platform、
opening design rooms、cultivating computer room 、
professional technical support、high quality offices
and the special policy for the IC design enterprises.
Under the directions of the government， it will be
one of the most important camp for the IC design incubating、
talents training and enterprises developing in China
.

年6 月辞去美国硅谷工作，归国潜心创办的高科技公司。
公司设在成都市高新技术开发西区。
    公司主要采用国际先进的0.13微米技术开发具有中国
自主知识产权的1000万门以上超大规模集成电路。公司的
第一个产品为100/1000M L2/L3 以太网路由器、交换机系
统芯片SOC.南山之桥的芯片将为民族路由器、交换机实现
“中国芯”，从而打破国外公司在这一高技术领域对我国

    Brief introduction of Teralane Networks ，Inc.
Teralane Networks ， Inc. is a networking chip company
targeting Asia Pacific and Chinese market. The company
was founded by three Silicon Valley veteran engineers
in June 2002. Teralane Networks ‘ vision is to build
a technology bridge that connects China to Silicon
Valley.
    Teralane Networks has built a full set of VLSI
design capabilities such as RTL coding， design verification，
circuit design， floor planning ， place and route，
gate level emulation， and silicon process support.
The design flow at Teralane Networks represents the
state of the art technology from Silicon Valley.
    Teralane Networks has built a strong engineering
team consisting of 18 experienced ASIC design engineers
from technology leaders in both United States and
China. Dr. Jonathan Lin ， founder， has eight years
experience in management and sixteen years experience
in chip design. Mr. Weimin Li ， founder， has five
years experience in multi-million gate SOC chip design
verification.
    Teralane Networks is currently developing Ethernet
switch/router chips with special features that meet
the special needs of the next generation broadband
and enterprise network market in Asia Pacific and
