of ASIC Design Center of Eastcom ASIC Design Center
of Eastcom（ECADC ） was established in 1997. Based
on Eastcom‘s communication product development ，
it focuses on ASIC design of communication. ECADC
holds more than ten UNIX workstations ， advanced
EDA tool kits of CANDENCE ， MENTOR. It has a specialized
design team ， which is leaded by Ph.D， and combines
the advantages of system development and IC development.
Since establishment ECADC has successfully developed
power management chip for mobile telephone， a series
of ASIC for SDH transfer device ， DSP chip for FLEX
high-speed Paging system， which reduced the devices
