西安产业化基地是国家科技部于2000年11月15日批准的继
上海之后全国第二个国家级IC设计产业化基地，是全国七
大IC设计基地之一。重点发展：1 ）大规模数字电路与SOC
设计技术，以及其系统应用解决方案，2 ）数模混合电路
设计技术，3 ）军用高可靠性集成电路设计技术，4 ）大
功率器件设计技术，5 ）测试环境与测试软件技术。

    Xi‘an Integrated Circuit Design Industrialization
Base of China was approved by the Ministry of Science
and Technology of Peoples Republic of China on Nov.15，
2000，which is the 2nd state level base among seven
IC design industrialization base in China. Key areas
of development are： 1） Large Scale Digital Circuit
and SOC Design Technique， and solutions for it system
application . 2 ） Digital-Analog mixed circuit design
technique . 3 ） High reliability IC circuit design
technique for defense usage . 4 ）High-power appliance
design technique . 5）Testing environment and testing
software technique .

    西安华西集成电路设计中心我中心是国家908 工程的
第一批建设单位，中国ICCAD 协会理事单位。现有博士硕
士等高级设计人才70余名，依托Synopsys、Cadence 等先
进软件及SUN 工作站平台，完成了一些水平较高的开发项
目，曾获国家及省部级奖。成功地设计了CPU 、32位浮点

first to be appointed the member of national 908 Project
and one of the director of China ICCAD Sodality.There
are 70 Doctors and Masters who are excellent designers
designed many high level ICs using of Synopsys Cadence
and Sun platform. We have designed CPU、32-bit floating
RISC、DSP ，high performance A/D、D/A 、OP，and many
ASICs. A lot of general circuits such as auto 、frequency
spread communication circuits have be developed. We

电子技术研究所原隶属于国家机械工业部，现属地化管理

Research Institute（PERI） was subjected to the former
Ministry of mechanical industry beforetime， and nowadays
to the SHAAXI Province for topographic supervising.
It is the unique institute and science-technology
enterprise， engaged in the research and development
of power electronics technology and products. The
secretariats of China Electrical Association/CEIA
Power Electronics Branch/CEIA ， Power Electronics
Society/CES ， and The National Power Electronics
Standard Technical Committee are located in PERI.
During the 9th five-year plan （1996~2000 ）， the
National Engineering Research Center of Power Electronics
（ERC-PE）， in whose construct the state invested，
already startup in it. Xi ’an Power Electronics Research
Institute has gathered a lot of first-class technicians
with ability in power semiconductor process and applications.
It has mightiness technical strength and advanced
manufacturing equipments. Nowadays we have high level
integrate power electronics technology development
and production abilities for high power semiconductors，
all kinds of new-type power electronics devices ，
