We plan to start a start-up company in Xiamen (厦门). Our CEO has over twelve-
year experience in IC design industry, and other two directors have over 8-yea
r experience in the US. The companies they have worked for include National Se
micondutor, LSI Logic, Maxim, etc. Our seed fund is from an IC industry vetera
n who has successfully funded a Taiwan public traded company.

Our company has stock option for employees. For other benefit, candidates can 
talk to our CEO when we meet. We will have ten analog circuit engineer opening
s right now. 

Candidates should have the following requirements:
-the position is based in Xiamen R&D 
-EEMS degree or above, Good fundamentals in analog IC design. Ability to read 
document in English;
-Familiar with IC circuit design tools: Cadence design tools, Hspice simulatio
n tools;
-Self motivated.

CEO and directors will come to Harbin in 2004 if applicant have ten or over .
