招聘对象及要求：

1.Senior Hardware Engineer - DVD

Develop complete reference platforms based on DVD playback or DVD record
er chip set. 

1-2 years experience in hardware development for Digital Video (VCD,STB,
DVD…) or/and for Consumer Application

Experience in taking into production a complete Consumer Product is a pl
us

Working expertise in hardware CAD tools:  Orcad, PowerLogic, PowerPad,…


Basic knowledge of MPEG,DVD,VCD standard is a strong advantage

2.Senior/Software Engineer - DVD Front-End 

Develop expertise of the servo-processing portion of the FE system(focus
,tracking,spindle control,system calibration and playability improvement
) based on DVD chip set and target OPU/loader

Develop expertise on the data processing portion of the FE system (acqui
sition, demodulation, error correction)

Development of servo DSP firmware based on DVD chipset dedicated to DVD 
reference design solution

Take technical leadership position in the project development

1-2 years experience in control systems

Former experience in optical domain (VCD,DVD) or mass storage disc contr
oller.

Some experience in real-time software programming (C/C++ and assembler)

System know-how oriented, some exposure to digital & analog electronics.


3.Software Manager - DVD Back-End 

Develop core software modules for DVD software stack

Participate to the software definition of new Digital Video products

Lead a team of software development engineers to achieve  technical deve
lopment goals

2+ years experience in Digital Video (VCD,STB,DVD) or/and experience in 
RTOS for Consumer Application

Strong software skills.  Mastering of object oriented programming (C++/C
), multitasking programming and operating systems.

Experience in managing an engineering team for the development and intro
duction to production of Consumer Products

Knowledge of MPEG,DVD,VCD standard is mandatory

4.Senior/Software Engineer - DVD Back-End 

Develop software modules on DVD Back-End software stack:

 Audio/Video driver, FE interface

 DVD navigation software

Take technical leadership position in the project development

2 years experience in microprocessor software for Digital Video (VCD,STB
,DVD..) or/and experience in RTOS for Consumer Application.  More experi
ence will be considered as Senior position

Strong software skills: C/C++ language, Multitasking programming

Knowledge of MPEG,DVD,VCD standard is a strong advantage.
