多谢了!到处都查不到芯片的概念,而有经商碰到,那么为什么芯片与IC就没有任何的确区别

芯片chip就是你能看见的,是物力上的概念
ic是集成电路，应该是一种方法上的,它和chip指的是同一个东西是相对于分离器件说的

ic集成电路就在芯片chip上,或者说芯片chip是ic集成电路的物质载体吧,不知理解对否?

这种基本概念很难解释的很清楚，知有多看出现的语境才能准确把握其差别
chip

个人感觉这是两种不同的概念！

芯片是产品了，IC是一种设计方式！
