Unified Life Models (ULM)
ULM, by Stephane Legendre, is a program to study population dynamics and
more generally, discrete dynamical systems. It models any species
life cycle graph (matrix models) inter- and intra-specific competition

VRA (Visual Recurrence Analysis)
